The group began in 2020 with Culinera, built to bring restaurants rather than canteens into schools. Thomas & Tate followed in 2023, founded by three owner-operators with more than 75 years of hospitality between them. Nimbyx builds the technology both run on, and the Cookery School trains the people who deliver it. The group exists to give each business the things independents usually go without: buying power, systems, training and specialist support, without taking away what makes them quick.

Our own development kitchen and training space. Menus are built and tested here, chefs and managers are mentored here, and every business in the group comes here to learn, from knife skills and bread to counter presentation and allergen management.
